Commercial Construction Projects

GaMra work’s with top companies in Fenestration to help big projects become a reality. We are currently producing parts that have helped with the building of projects listed below.

Hudson Yards Project: This was one of GaMra’s first big ventures into Commercial Fenestration. The Project is build on top of a pre existing rail yard in the Hell’s kitchen neighborhood. the construction of this property involved a 15 acre platform to be built to accommodate the projects. The project is split into two sections. West side yards and East side yards with eleventh avenue splitting the two. West side construction started in 2014 with a multiple office towers, a Shopping district, restaurants and residencies. phase 1 was completed in 2019 while phase 2 is expected to be completed in 2024.

The Lantern house: Is a residential development in Chelsea, Manhattan, New York City. The building received its name from the Classic lantern designed windows. This required special manufacturing and fabrication to create such a bold design. The Lantern House was completed in September 2021 with 181 condominium units and an Italian restaurant.

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia(CHOP): CHOP is considered to be amongst the best children’s hospitals in the U.S., This Project was very complicated and required a lot of special steps to construct. Our Client was highly innovative

320 Canal Street, Chicago: This is one of the latest projects completed. The building features faceted Curtainwalls to catch light through all the different seasons of the years. There is a high level of detail needed for this project to get everything exactly right. The lobby features the largest piece of single glass in all of chicago which is 40 feet high and 10 feet wide.
